Washington

I was very fortunate to get to go back up to Washington again to see my favorite sisters and favorite mom and of course my nieces and nephew. This time we road tripped up to Puyallup (or however you spell it) and we went to ocean shores beach. That was so fun, it was a little chilly but not too bad. I got to run on the beach and put my feet in the water. (that water was freezing) There were SO many sand dollars (I haven't been to the beach in a long time) so I collected up quite a few to bring home to the family. It was funny to watch my niece in the sand, she reminds me SO much of my sister (her mom) at that age. She was doing sand angels and just having a good ole' time. On sunday I got to go to Young Womens.( I was a beehive, again.) I just love to go see my family they are so fun.

* I need to make a correction from an earlier post... I have seen my nephew Zachary since he was born I went up for his blessing. (Jody is it right now?) Sorry for posting incorrect info. Regardless he is a darn cute kid and I will take him for you ANYTIME!!!=)

Here is Emily's Recital pics. Yes I know they are backwards. At least you get to see her costume.

FINALLY!!!

Here are my pics from my Washington trip.

Here is the newest arrival. She has her favorite auntie's chipmunk cheeks.

My 2 yr.old nephew. He is so darn cute. He is ALL boy.

My four year old niece. (I had NO problem getting her to smile for my pics)
My sister Jody is in the back.

My niece was so excited I was coming, that she cleaned her room a week before I even got there. Thanks Samantha you are awesome. See you soon.
Overall I had a lot of fun at Jody's. I can't wait to go back again this weekend. She has some of the cutest kids and I can't wait for someday to get our 2 crews together, that would be a blast.

Another Update

I know, I know where are the pics from my trip? Answer, still on the camera. =) So while you patiently wait for them, I will tell you what we have been up to... Brittany and Emily had there dance recitals, they were great (and mom is glad they are finally over). Boys are still doing great with their baseball games. Wednesday at Chris' game, he was playing first base and he caught the ball and tagged the runner coming to first making it 3 outs. I didn't see, but a lady sitting near us said he had a grin from ear to ear.
Brittany got her MP3 player. YEAH she did it! She made Honor Roll all year. We are very proud of her. She will also be spending a lot of time this summer doing Color Guard.
Schools out for 10 weeks aka summer. Yeah, I am excited, I have a list 1/2 mile long of things I want to get done. Also I have 1 lb. left until I reach my original goal of 80 lbs. That is when I will get my new bike. I can't believe it's almost here.

Update

So guess who only has 3 more pounds left until she gets her next reward? Yep that's me. I am getting a bike for my 80 lb reward.. Everyone else in the family has one and I have had my eye on one that I like. I can't believe it is almost here. I have been looking forward to this since I started.=) I didn't plan my other rewards ahead until I got close to the 10 lb increments, but I wanted a bike at 80 lbs. I recently went and pulled out all of my clothes that were too big. I couldn't believe it I had 10 shirts a jacket and 2 pants. That was very exciting.

The boys are loving baseball. Chris plays in a league, and Trevor is in coach pitch. Paul has really enjoyed going out there in the evenings and working with them on there techniques.

The girls are almost done with dance. They are having there recitals on Tuesday. It has been fun to see them learn new things and enjoy there classes. Emily's class is quite entertaining. They are just so darn cute.

I am looking forward to summer vacation when our schedules will calm down maybe a little. Only 7 1/2 more school days left for me. Our crazy meter jumped to max, overload with the boys having either 2 practices and a game or 2 games and a practice each and the girls and there dance schedules. Paul has been so wonderful in keeping track of the boys' practices and games.

Well that is our update for now, I will get pics of me and my 80 lb reward when I get there.
There are still pics to come from my vacation...

Vacation

I had a lot of fun on my vacation. It was good to see my sisters and mom, who I haven't been around for about 2 years. I got to meet my new neice (chunka chunka cheeks-like her fave aunt) and see and play with my 2 yr old nephew. I haven't seen him since he was blessed. He is ALL boy. It was so much fun to wrestle with him. I thought that he would be shy with me and so when I came down first thing (because my plane got in late), I was cautious not to scare him with my excitement. I simply asked him if I could give him a hug after hugging my 4yr.old neice Samantha, and he said yes. We hit it off after that. Of course you all know that pics are to come. We got manicures and or pedicures. We had a BBQ at my mom and her boyfriend Eric's place. He has this yard that should be on Better Homes and Garden magazine. I could vacation in his backyard. It is very relaxing. I got to spend some alone time with my mom and that was nice. Jody, Becca and I stayed up late everynight and I literally crashed when I got home. (of course after talking Paul's ear off about what all we did) I can't wait to go back up for the blessing. Thanks to Jody and Doug for there fabulous hospitality (if you want it go ahead and get it yourself =) )> One of the top ten best things on my trip was that Jody is doing weight watchers along with me. It was SO nice. She knew how many points everything was. We even tried a new dessert that I saw in a magazine and we tweeked it so that it was weight watcher friendly. Thanks again you guys you are awesome.
