Update

So guess who only has 3 more pounds left until she gets her next reward? Yep that's me. I am getting a bike for my 80 lb reward.. Everyone else in the family has one and I have had my eye on one that I like. I can't believe it is almost here. I have been looking forward to this since I started.=) I didn't plan my other rewards ahead until I got close to the 10 lb increments, but I wanted a bike at 80 lbs. I recently went and pulled out all of my clothes that were too big. I couldn't believe it I had 10 shirts a jacket and 2 pants. That was very exciting.

The boys are loving baseball. Chris plays in a league, and Trevor is in coach pitch. Paul has really enjoyed going out there in the evenings and working with them on there techniques.

The girls are almost done with dance. They are having there recitals on Tuesday. It has been fun to see them learn new things and enjoy there classes. Emily's class is quite entertaining. They are just so darn cute.

I am looking forward to summer vacation when our schedules will calm down maybe a little. Only 7 1/2 more school days left for me. Our crazy meter jumped to max, overload with the boys having either 2 practices and a game or 2 games and a practice each and the girls and there dance schedules. Paul has been so wonderful in keeping track of the boys' practices and games.

Well that is our update for now, I will get pics of me and my 80 lb reward when I get there.
There are still pics to come from my vacation...

Vacation

I had a lot of fun on my vacation. It was good to see my sisters and mom, who I haven't been around for about 2 years. I got to meet my new neice (chunka chunka cheeks-like her fave aunt) and see and play with my 2 yr old nephew. I haven't seen him since he was blessed. He is ALL boy. It was so much fun to wrestle with him. I thought that he would be shy with me and so when I came down first thing (because my plane got in late), I was cautious not to scare him with my excitement. I simply asked him if I could give him a hug after hugging my 4yr.old neice Samantha, and he said yes. We hit it off after that. Of course you all know that pics are to come. We got manicures and or pedicures. We had a BBQ at my mom and her boyfriend Eric's place. He has this yard that should be on Better Homes and Garden magazine. I could vacation in his backyard. It is very relaxing. I got to spend some alone time with my mom and that was nice. Jody, Becca and I stayed up late everynight and I literally crashed when I got home. (of course after talking Paul's ear off about what all we did) I can't wait to go back up for the blessing. Thanks to Jody and Doug for there fabulous hospitality (if you want it go ahead and get it yourself =) )> One of the top ten best things on my trip was that Jody is doing weight watchers along with me. It was SO nice. She knew how many points everything was. We even tried a new dessert that I saw in a magazine and we tweeked it so that it was weight watcher friendly. Thanks again you guys you are awesome.

Countdown & Update

I can't believe it's almost here. There are only 6 days left until I fly north to see Jody and Becca and my mom. YEAH!!

Also for those keeping up with my weightloss, I did GREAT this week. I lost 3.4 lbs. for a grand total of 75 lbs. YEAH me! I stopped grumbling and went with my friend Beth and got 2 new outfits and a pair of jeans. That was very exciting to go through the racks and say that's too big, that's too big many times. So now I have some clothes that fit me. Ok the pants were too long. That's what I get for trying them on with out my shoes on. =)

Some of my support group has started doing a new thing. It is push-ups and sit-ups. There is this web site (hundredpushups.com) that shows you how to get up to 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups slowly with an every other day regime. Depending on how you tested, it tells you how many to do. We are excited and it's fun to compare notes of how "well" they went that day. (there is a lot of sarcasm there)

Spring Break!!

Just to precedent, we NEVER do anything for Spring Break but maybe clean and get caught up on life. Which I usually look forward to, but for some reason the kids don't. =) Since I work at the school and I am off too, I decided this year would be different. So about a month before, I started to plan this suprise vacation for my family. (Unfortunatly Paul wasn't able to get it off, but I wasn't gonna let that stop us)

It was almost time for Brittany to leave for school Tuesday morning, I explained to them all that there are these new vaccinations that we all have to go get and then we would come back and get our stuff and go to school. (I was expecting them to put up a big fuss, that is why I chose that excuse and then we would tell them the truth). They all said ok- like no big deal. It was hilarious. So then we went and met Paul and said our goodbyes and he told them then we were going to Vegas to stay with his brother and sister-in-law for Spring Break. They were VERY excited.

We had so much fun, I have never been there before. We went to the Ethel M chocolate factory and the M&M factory and the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay (thanks to grandma and grandpa),
MGM to see the lions (who were sleeping both times we stopped in) and the Belagio for the water show. We also saw the volcano at the Mirage. Amy and Randy were so awesome to let us invade there space. Amy was extremly wonderful for driving with us everywhere and tolerating us. She spoiled us with her good cooking and fabulous hospitality.

What had to be the best part of the trip besides actually making it home from 3 1/2 days with 4 kids, was when I asked them what there favorite part of the trip was. There answers where.. Chris- the shark reef, Trevor-Bobble (neice), Emily- E (other neice), Brit- didn't have one. It made me so happy that they really just enjoyed being around the people we went to go visit.

And of course as always pics are to come. (hey cut me some slack I just got home) =)
